About Lindsey
 

As a former Ms.  Image of Fitness USA, Lindsey knows what it takes to GET FIT AND LOOK GREAT!  Having competed in fitness events such as the prestigious Ms. Fitness USA circuit and other pageants, she pursued her certification and education in the fitness industry with passion in 1997.  She has won numerous awards and is a reigning Top 15 National Fitness Finalist with the Ms. Fitness USA organization.

After 10 years as a Commercial Designer in the furniture industry, Lindsey competed in fitness competitions for fun.  She received exposure and gained insight into the fitness field that was invaluable.  Always one to be loyal to her family's furniture company, she continued to work in the field of furniture sales and design.  After years continuing to compete in the fitness industry outside Corporate America, Lindsey pursued her passion receiving 4 certifications in the  

fitness field.  She started from the ground up teaching one class at at time to 10 students.  One class lead to another, and today, Lindsey is well known in the community where she teaches fitness and wellness to all walks of life.               

Lindsey is Certified with NESTA, ISSA, and AFFA within the fitness and Yoga Industry.  She has continued to study different elements in the fitness and yoga industry such as Qigong, Tai Chi, sport stretching techniques, resista ball training, sport nutrition, pilates mat exercises, breath assessment, postural analysis, aerobics, Hatha Yoga, Power Yoga, Lo Impact and weights, Power Ball, and many more.  Continuing to always find inspiration, Lindsey has been working on receiving her Holistic Fitness Practitioner Certification and is a recent graduate of Euphoria Institute of Beauty Arts and Science where she received her Aestheticien License.

Lindsey believes fitness and health are vital to one's life.  Lindsey says,  "Living a fit and healthy lifestyle helps you have more self confidence, a better physical appearance, and allows one to feel good about themselves.  Vitality is contagious, when you have it - others want it too!"  She firmly believes that everyone has the desire to change their body, mind, and spirit.
